Sunset Oil Lamps | Béntu Collection | Handcrafted Ceramic

ENG: Discover my oil lamps from the Béntu Collection, inspired by the Sardinian word for 'Wind'. This series features three unique pieces, each hand-thrown on a potter's wheel using red clay. Before firing, I applied rough brushstrokes of white clay mixed with blue engobe to each lamp, creating a delicate sky-blue hue. Whilst still unfired, I painted black stems of undefined vegetation swaying in the evening breeze onto the surface. Firing at 980°C bestowed upon the lamps a striking 'sunset effect', further enhanced by a glossy transparent glaze and a second firing at 950°C. These lamps are perfect for bringing a touch of artistry and Mediterranean ambience to your home. There are three oil lamps available. All three share the same style but differ in size: • A. Circumference: 23cm | Height: 8.5cm • B. Circumference: 20cm | Height: 10.5cm • C. Circumference: 20.5cm | Height: 9cm What you'll find inside the box: • Lamp. • 100ml of liquid wax included. For safe and optimal use of your lamp, please follow these simple steps: 1. Only use liquid wax. Never use alcohol or any other fuel. 2. Fill the lamp with the provided liquid wax. 3. Insert the wick into the wax. 4. Wait about two minutes to allow the wax to be absorbed by the wick. 5. Light the lamp with a flame. Return Policy: Returns are accepted, with return shipping costs covered by the buyer unless the item is damaged during delivery. In such cases, damages must be promptly reported with photographic evidence. A refund will be issued once the item is returned. If the item is returned with damage that reduces its original value, the cost of this depreciation will be deducted from the refund. Prima della cottura, ho applicato su ciascuna lampada delle pennellate grezze di argilla bianca mescolata all'ingobbio blu, creando una delicata tonalità azzurro cielo. Sulla superficie ancora cruda, ho poi dipinto steli neri di vegetazione indefinita che si piegano nella brezza serale. La cottura a 980°C ha donato alle lampade un suggestivo 'effetto tramonto', ulteriormente esaltato da uno smalto trasparente lucido e da una seconda cottura a 950°C. Queste lampade sono l'ideale per aggiungere un tocco d'arte e di atmosfera mediterranea al vostro ambiente. Sono disponibili tre lampade ad olio. Per un utilizzo sicuro e ottimale della lampada, si prega di seguire queste istruzioni: 1. Utilizzare esclusivamente cera liquida. Non usare mai alcol o altri combustibili. 2. Riempire la lampadina con la cera liquida fornita. 3. Inserire lo stoppino nella cera. 4. Attendere circa 2 minuti per permettere alla cera di risalire lo stoppino. 5. Accendere la lampada con una fiamma. Condizioni di reso: Accetto resi. Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione sono a carico dell’acquirente, tranne in caso di prodotto danneggiato durante il trasporto.
